Hello everyone!

We’re back after a very short break, but there’s a reason why we took it.

We’ve been exploring Solidity. Have you heard of it? If not, we’re here to help.

Solidity is a smart contract programming language, and it helps implement smart contracts on blockchains. It’s been around for some time now, since 2015, gaining popularity. Why? Because it enables generating smart contracts for various uses, for example, crowdfunding.

Unlike traditional contracts, where parties can negotiate additional terms and reach an agreement, solidity programming enables contracts to execute literally. Meaning that any ambiguity or irregularity blocks the execution altogether and transactions are irreversible.

This programming language is not for beginners. Familiarity with C++, JavaScript or Python is necessary to be able to write smart contracts and build blockchain applications on Ethereum.

But the efforts are worth it! Firstly, as with everything else, skilled smart contract developers are very hard to find, so you’ll definitely won’t be left without a job. Especially considering the growing popularity of smart contracts in other areas of life, not solely in cryptocurrency.

The salary you might expect is between 3k-5k per month USD for a mid-level developer and starting from 7k USD for a senior level.

And for those who have read until the end of this post, a cool piece of information – we’re actively looking for a strong solidity developer. So, if you’re one please send us your CV! Look forward to welcoming you!
